#BlogLife408 - It's that time again, will you be a winner?

Good morning readers,

I could have done with another hour or so of sleep but I think I was just a lil too excited as today officially marks the start of the online advent competitions.

There were softer entries scattered around and I'm kinda gutted that my Facebook isn't working at all on the laptop.

I know I only use it for the competitions but still I'll have to use it on my phone as that I think works. Odd.

I just changed my phone wallpaper into the Christmassy one as I downloaded a few and the whole theme changes on Samsung at least, the buttons and menu.

But the stupid text icon remains blue ha. Looks so weird. Oh well.

It's another freezing day so upped the heating a bit as I normally keep it on the low end and it's still that way but a lil higher today.

Plus I am snuggled under my blankie as usual. That hasn't fully heated up, I think it takes maybe 20-30 minutes for the full effects.

I start it on maximum which is level 3, and then I set the hours to 6 but I can easily just turn it off when I get warm enough.

I can't believe yesterday was a completely normal day with no sickness and today was back to normal dry heaving.

But I had some drinks and had cheesy croissants for breakfast which is hard to eat when my mouth is tender.

I just wanted an energy boost and to settle my tummy. I didn't sleep that well but I had a nice chat with a random and I didn't notice something until I was trying to sleep.

It's yet another J but I'm going to call him TJ for a bit of variety and because of something else.

He was sweet, charming, very nice and easy to talk to, for a change but he's not a longtermer.

He has a pet and has kids, those are just no-no's. I want no part of playing second fiddle.

I've never been anyone's first priority and I'll wait until I am. I'm not saying they should drop their work, family commitments but someone with no ties, has more time.

Not that I want them around daily anyway and I'm just not an animal person, sorry, never have been.

I prefer to spend money on bills and keeping my head above water, oh and the occasional luxury..
