#BlogLife559 - Short do on my large curvy frame
Song of the day - Strong Woman - Poonam Singh
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wr2a0jIuEa8
Afternoony all, having a peaceful or wild weekend? Good for you.
I just had a shower/bath and remembered to use the new product I bought.
Badedas £1.77 for 200ml bottle. A shampoo, shower gel and conditioner in one.
It smells really nice and I don't like these, everything together products but I like bargains and new items.
It smells lovely and sweet, I can't pinpoint it but afterwards the scent lingers and my hair feels really soft and smooth.
More than usual. I'm letting it air dry Oh it was a pretty dark green colour and it wasn't thick or thin, medium consistency.
It lathered easily and was simple to apply and wash out. I didn't have any issues with that.
But for me it's better when a conditioner is thick, I feel penetrates into my scalp better to make it hydrated.
I'm solely using it as a conditioner because I have everything else and my Radox soak is my preferred moisturising shower gel.
I cut my hair yesterday (Saturday) and I felt so much better. Long gone are those days when I was fighting the hairdressers to keep it long.
Now when it becomes shoulder-length or it feels too full, I just chop a few inches off and it's really short. Mid ear height. It grows really fast so I can cut it every month or two.
I've nearly always have a bigger shape than my small face and got teased about it.
But I didn't care. I had no wish to be skinny, just thinner and despite not being slim, I've always loved that I had curves.
A small waist that goes in and hips that flow out. I prefer that than the alternative.
I can't believe it finally rained heavily last night, what a glorious sound and much needed.

#BlogLife492 - What did I do to my hair?
Song of the day - India Arie - I am not my hair
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E_5jIt0f5Z4
My hair felt long so I just started snipping away and as I can't see the back, I have to guess at the evenness.
I'm not sure what possessed me to just cut across the front wisps because now they look too short and weird.
It's back to being above my shoulders again. I think my acne scars are completely gone now.
Actually nope still one on my chin and one lil pimple grr.
But my lips and elbows are back to being really chapped. I do keep them moisturised most of the time however sometimes I do forget.
Oh I tried out this new sweet called Vimto Pencils, I wasn't sure if I would like it or not.
But I'm in a munchy munchy mood so why not, plus I adore Vimto products.
It has a mixed taste, some of is Vimto and the rest is umm.. Nothingness.
It's really weird but I think it's the filling that has no flavour, whereas the outer coating has a mild sweetness.
I personally hated how tough it was to chew. I don't like that consistency, coupled with the flavour.
I threw it out. I could not see myself eating it. Hmm seems to be a hold up with my order and I'm running out of pads as I started my 5th period arghhhhhhhhhh!!! :(
I checked the website and it's been processed. I don't know if it's on their side or on Hermes as it hasn't been picked up yet.
It's supposedly a 2 day delivery postage service but I'm on day 3.
I just really want to be home when it arrives and hmm I could be called away for an appointment anytime.
I guess I have what's called a pixie cut. I don't think I can use the curlers anymore.
It suits a straighter look and at least on the right side, it's flicking upwards naturally without any product.
I can't see the left side. The uneven front bits I might braid or most likely pin it back as it's just sticking out crazily.
Oddly enough it's both short and long layers which is maybe not ideal.
It's mid ear length to give you an idea. Longer at the back and then short to midway at the front and sides.
I think I panic a fraction when I chop it because I'm never looking in the mirror but it seems to turn out well.
I'm so tired. I only got a few hours of sleep and the nap isn't taking so this blog is taking ages to right.
I keep munching which is annoying. I'm having a late lunch of chicken chow mein and veggies.
Mainly those mixed peppers, non spicy kind and it's quite tasty but I would rather be snoozing.
I'm trying to drink more so that I get fuller, due to the tiredness though I haven't been refilling my bottle that much.

#BlogLife461 - I thought I had you..
My hair is all wild and crazy today but it feels like it's settling down and yesterday I went out, without curlers, without clips and it was set fine.
I'm running low on stationary. I don't know where my pens keep running off to but I forgot to check the market for deals and hopped on to Ebay instead.
I particularly love the gel ink pens. I can't recall if they are all called rollerball but there's a stripey brand which has been consistently good quality.
I just don't know the name of it and I didn't see it anyway. I fancied branching out and instead of the usual blue, black, I got a multipack.
I just hope that the ink is dark enough and the ink flows easily, it makes holding a pen easier.
Sometimes I feel very weak and can't open things or tear or grip comfortably enough and it's frustrating to have to leave it and come back.
Then I just remind myself, I have good days and bad days. I also needed some more hair clips and I saw this set which has beautiful colours so I treated myself.
I'll post the pictures on Twitter when they arrive, probably next week as they are coming with royal mail.
I notice when someone gets too arrogant or at ease with me, they take me for granted.
Just without thought, break plans or become inconsistent with me and don't really care that I've been waiting around or that I could have been doing something worthwhile instead.
Of course exceptions arise and you can't always foresee that and that's life, that's normal.
But it's the expectation that I'll drop everything or that I'm always going to wait around that bugs me.
Especially when someone specifically asks...... Are you going to be around tomorrow......
Then nothing........ It forces me to play games and be unavailable for a day or so to teach them a lesson about wasting my time.
I'm never a sure thing, just because I'm nice to you or accommodating at first....
Don't assume you just have me where you want me, you're in for a nasty rude awakening!!!
Dic is also being super weird. I saw him yesterday and he's been bombarding me with messages and calls that I see him today again.
WTF??!! For what purpose? Maybe because he made a boo boo. Maybe because he'll get into trouble from the log book, that I signed in at 11.59 and then out at 12pm.
One minute meetings are not supposed to occur! But if he forgot to cover something else or expects me to travel to see him today.......
Forget it!!!

#BlogLife445 - Hair mistakes
Morning you :)
I was going to make breakfast, some hot wholemeal toasted rolls with cheese, that I usually burn or overcook but I don't feel hungry yet.
I've been having mild cramps so I'm probably due on soon. I wasn't feeling peckish yet but a delicious hot meal usually warms me up nicely while I'm waiting for this fiddly blankie to heat up.
I just paid a bill and now I can relax that my phone isn't going to ring while I am in and out of the kitchen.
I can't believe how upset I used to be when getting my hair cut. I was obsessed with trying to grow it as long and luxurious as possible.
Hip level was my greatest achievement. I think I could wrap it around my neck as a scarf somewhat ha.
But it felt like one step forward and two steps back. Somehow I felt the nicest when it was long and flowy.
I previously felt that way for most of my life, until it wasn't thick anymore and I fought the decision to cut it.
I had some pretty nasty vile stylists, saying my hair looked like trash but it was the right decision and for a while it looked acceptable and then it became see-through and limp/lifeless again.
One day I must have just grabbed my blunt home scissors and started chopping it all off.
That first step was difficult but I didn't realise that I would end up reinventing my look and loving it.
Actually embracing short hair. I used to section it into 2 ponytails and snip the ends off.
2/3 inches I would say, either every other month or maybe 6 weeks or less, depending on if I felt like it was dry or needed shortening.
Now I don't feel like it has to be a perfect cut. I used to fret about the unevenness of it all and now I laugh about it.
No cut has to be pristine. Have fun with it and if someone is nearby, they can always level it out.
Hair grows back and mine now how this floppy, voluminous, flicky edge to it.
But it is making me chuckle that on my latest trim, there's one bit that is way longer than the rest and I need to cut that short because it's distinctly noticeable.
Truth to be told, it was 2 crazy bits and now that I have hacked them off, I feel more put together.
I'm not a huge fan of conditioners as they don't seem to wash out properly but I am loving the shampoo brand I bought.
Vatika, it just seems to be the first one in ages that is noticeably conditioning my hair.
It's probably been a few weeks or a month and my hair is less dry, has more volume to it and my scalp is less itchy.
I'm not sure which type I bought but next time I'll try a different version. It also doesn't seem as greasy.
I normally do either a repair one or a volume just to get my hair as healthy as possible.
The best thing to do is chop your hair off in front of a mirror but I typically just feel for what seems like excess and then check the mirror the next day.
The length is just below my ears now and there is probably people looking thinking......Pfft with her round face she can't pull off a chic short do.
But I disagree, do whatever pleases you and ignore the critiques. If even my family, that is saying something, they are the most unflattering people......
Alright off to eat, see you tomorrow. Confessionally speaking, last Friday was heavenly not blogging.
I didn't actually write anything but I did re-read stories to see where I was heading and I'm going to try not to have an end-game, set in stone as that is throwing me off.
I will just compose it and be as surprised as you on how it turns out :)
The shampoo version I got was the hair fall, multi vitamin with a cactus on the front.
You know what else is great about short hair? Those satisfying hair flips. I've missed those ha :D

#BlogLife402 - Cutting hair in the dark
I was getting ready for bed last night and I braided my hair as I hate having it loose when I'm tossing and turning.
If I put a bobble on the end, it rarely lasts all night, plus it keeps rubbing against my scalp.
I'm trying to leave it free as it was shoulder length but as I felt it, I thought it seems like ages since I trimmed it.
The light was off and I wasn't planning to cut it so soon but I thought what the hell, just do it.
I don't think I've ever cut it in front of the mirror. I recommend you do that for evenness and so that you don't cut your ears off ha!
But I just wing it, which is why it's probably never level at the back but I'm not fussed to be honest.
Maybe because it hasn't been washed for a few days, it's actually looking stylish.
The ends are still flicking upwards naturally and before having short hair, they never did that.
I'm gonna call it the Betty Rubble peacock style :D
My hair was always dead straight, unless I plaited it. It might now look old fashioned but I really love it.
On this style, i could get away with it being out and free. I'm just not sure how it's going to appear, when it's washed.
Normally one side has the volume and the other is flat or it's a bit frizzy.
At the moment it's straight aside from the ends and it's polished as though it has hair spray in it.
Usually it looks weird straight as though it hangs flat and it's too short for my face.
It's making me laugh that I haven't used curlers and all I have to do to fluff up the ends is puff them upwards with my hands.
Oh if you're curious, I don't cut it at an angle, I just cut it as horizontally straight across as I can.
I have seen some Christmassy clips to buy but I'm not paying over a fiver just because they look pretty.
I don't know about you but my hair accessories don't last long until they fall apart, so it's generally a waste of money to spend too much.
I've just had a close up of my do in the mirror, I think the back looks alright but the front needs pinning.
Some of the strands are uncurled and the rest are but I'm pleased with it. It's about ear level now, which is the shortest I've ever had it.
It's not layered as such but in the front there are shorter strands here and there but it works and blends well.
Ooh I just came up with a concept, a Frizz Free Frostess Flipper wand to blow only concentrated cold air on your locks and tame the frizz or make it soft and wavy,
Ha I know I'm nuts but I've been using cold air on my hair for ages to avoid heat damage and fallout and it works well.
Aww I'm gutted, one of the tops I order was damaged so they've given me a refund and discount on my next order.
It was quite a Christmassy unique top, blue and black and what seemed like white glitter but it isn't, it's just very glamorous.
Especially for plus sized clothing. Normally it's flowers and other unimaginative variations.
An update on my skin from using the mask and cleanser. It's mostly smooth. There are a few small blemishes.
I have a few acne scars and other than that, it's clear but there are a few dry patches on my forehead and cheeks.

#BlogLife395 - The annual legs epilation
It's the second day in a row of no naps. Sigh but actually I've been sleeping earlier and getting blocks of it, so it's not that bad.
Do I honestly shave, sorry no epilate my legs yearly only? Well no but it feels like that.
I switched my epilator on, did one leg roughly and moved on to the other and the battery died ha so I'll finish it off tonight.
There isn't that much hair, some patches here and there so I'm not bothered about it as I don't wear short skirts any longer.
On my thighs, it's even scarcer just a tiny bit of fine hair and that's it. The epilator did the permanent hair removal for me.
Gone are the leg flashing days for me. I only tend to do some hair removal when I go for my pedicures.
After my Opticians appointment as it's nearby, I'll finally get my eyebrows shaped and then get a pedicure/back massage in the chair.
Iceland delivered my shopping and as I was unpacking there was three extra bags of Sea Bass.
I got somebody else's order again. Supermarkets don't collect items once it's handed over, so you always keep the surplus uncharged.
I rang up mama to see if she wants them as I wouldn't know what to do with it and she was delighted.
She's going to meet me on Monday (might be today, depends when I post this).
And we are off for pedicures and lunch maybe. Why do freshly smooth legs itch so much?
I hate that. I think the only thing I haven't worn from my haul is the red trousers.
I'll see what I feel like wearing nearer the time. The reason I epilate before an appointment, is they always ask me if I want a leg wax and seem bewildered when I say no, ha.
Plus if I'm lucky I get that lovely leg massage. I just hope they don't do the leg slapping, that's horrible but funny..
I'm thinking about getting some red Christmassy hair clips as I don't have any but then I would drawing attention to my thin messy hair, which doesn't style properly....
I've seen some cute ones though. Ugh Monday was supposed to be a stress free day but I have another last minute appointment with no warning so gotta postpone that til lunchtime.
I'm not cancelling the Opticians or the pedicure, so Mr X,Y,Z go screw yourself and wait patiently by the phone for once.
You like keeping me waiting, how do you like it when the shoe is on the other foot?? Not nice is it?!
I keep staring at my clothes strewn all over the bed hoping they will clear themselves but no dice :(
I didn't get much sleep last night so I was a bit groggy, no time for makeup, my hair went into ponytails as it's just easier.
and I was gonna call and delay my phone appointment but instead I just vomited.
Normally it's just a few rounds of dry heaving but this was upset stomach day.
I didn't really know why but then I started my period and all made sense, the lack of appetite, the bloating, the cramps..
I put on my red trousers and sweet though they are, it's just enormous around the waist/hip areas so cannot be worn at all.
I'm gutted but I wore those new favourite, grey/black/white patterned ones and set off.
Mama told me the bus station had been closed and that was another stressy thing as there were heavy roadworks and stops were closed too and I didn't want to be stranded again.
However luckily it remained open and there was just a tiny bit of congestion. I'm glad I set off early.
In the late afternoon it will be horrendous. My eyebrows really needed fixing.
Now, afterwards, oh they look so pretty and stylish and thinnn. Just how I adore them.
I was stressed a bit as mama wasn't answering her phone and I had only a bit of cash on me, they don't take card payments annoyingly.
So I didn't want to have the pedicure and not be able to pay for it, even though they know me, so I stalled a bit, until she arrived late and explained she was just a tad delayed.
It was glorious, I didn't know the chair could massage your derriere also. I was fiddling with the controller and oh heavens it was all good.
It wasn't busy at all, so they took their time, got a leg/foot scrub massage and cream massage, so doubly therapeutic for the tensions.
Then we went to lunch and I had a tiny can of Appletiser, lush and I was peckish but not hungry so struggled to eat.
They always cut the panini in four and by the first or second piece, plus the coleslaw and salad, I'm bursting so I just had them pack it away for me and I'm still satisfied.
I feel bad the bags got mixed up and I handed mama some extra large bin bags and protein tablets for the lenses and she got me some roti and curry and some sweets and sandwiches but her pakoras accidentally got in my bag, oops.
The weird thing is I didn't see that yummy mint or cucumber raita dip included so she probably has that in her bags.
I'm not into spicy food but sometimes the roti wraps are just delicious. Minus the pepper.
Tomorrow I'm heading to the market again. I gotta post a letter and pick up some bits and pieces.
I'm yawning but napping won't take for now, perhaps later. Oops..
Forgot to tell you the best bit. Well I don't have to collect my lenses, I'm supposed to but because he knows me, he asked if I preferred them posted and I jumped at it and he didn't even charge me, like Morefields used to. Pfft.
Also I missed a few calls from Mr X,Y,Z he's not important enough to have an initial hence the letters.
Anyway I ignored them because outside there's too much traffic noise. I can barely hear them and vice versa, so no point answering until I was back home.
His appointment was 10am and I didn't get back until 1pm haha. I called up and his secretary said Oh we've been trying to reach you, he's ill, so not in today.
Instead of me saying....Oh what a shame, I just said, well please pass on my apologies and the reason I was delayed etc.
You know the weird thing was, they didn't have the decency to cancel the appointment, with a text or email, knowing he wouldn't be present.
They called afterwards. Well maybe being poorly will teach him some much needed compassion for others.
But knowing him, he'll probably be a man-child calling for his mama, saying I'm ill, with slight man-flu wah wah wah...
I don't want to wish others ill-will but he's been mentally/physically pressuring me so I kinda hope he stays unwell for a lil longer.
Sorry but I need a break!!

#BlogLife104 - Embracing my hair's age
As I was lounging and drying my hair, I was thinking about what to talk about. I was putting away my clothes that had dried, wrapping up a call and then I was looking in the mirror to see if all of my hair was dry.
Before I showered/bathed I trimmed 2/3 inches off. I was supposed to do it at mama's but I completely forgot. I avoided snipping her hair in case I messed it up but actually it was easy.
Her hair looked thicker and a sunny rainbow of colours. Yellowy, red, brunette and black. She's been obsessed with covering her greys for ages.
However I know all that colouring has also drastically thinned her hair. I was looking at my own scalp and reminiscing about when I was younger and how thick, long and utterly boring it was.
Yes it was healthy, yes there was an abundance of it but it was so dull, no matter how I tried to layer, perm, colour and style it. It was just so ordinary.
I did try going to stylists and saying I have seen this inspirational cut, can you recreate it? All of them nodded and none of them were talented enough to follow through.
It seemed like back then I only cut my hair a few times a year and each time I did, they hacked off an unflattering amount. 5/6 inches worth and I was back to square one, regrowing it.
Nowadays, well for a while now. I try to cut it at least monthly or even every other month at the very least. I take off the same amount, 2/3 inches but this time it is as though, my hair was never cut because there is so much more length remaining.
I'm happy that I have options now. My hair never used to curl at all and now I can have it wavy or straight. I do possess grey hairs at the front of my head and my scalp is slightly visible but so be it.
I'm not a celebrity. I'm just an ordinary woman that is ageing naturally therefore I am not going to dye it. If I ever see the amazing henna shampoo again, I would try it though.
It's funny how people in the media, makes these rules up so much so that others believe them. If you're voluptuous, you can't pull off thin brows or have a short hairdo....
Newsflash I can do both and still look adorably chic. I am making my own rules so don't waste your time dictating about what is best for me or my body.
I got it handled :)
Before I forget, my elbows have healed up, the rest from not lounging on them worked. I lavished them with body butter and they are cured.
Also for the first time I tried out Burt's Bees lip balm and my lips have stopped chapping. I always heard good things but I never tried it before. I recommend it.

Fancy a chat?
This might be a bit one sided as you lot are the strong silent types so mind if I start? I know it's been a while since I did a proper update but life happens.
The Mistplay gaming is time consuming but fun and I have redeemed three £30 Amazon vouchers so far.
Those of you that follow me on Twitter (https://twitter.com/SleeplessScrib1) will know that I have been vocal about it and will put up random tips and let you know if there is a mistcode going for free points.
I won't post the code but I'll let you know a new one is up. I feel a bit awkward. I think you should follow their social media if you want the code that way they can continue building their brand and offering more perks.
I can relate to trying to do that and I'm still trying to build myself up and showcase my blog but in my own way. I'm feeling more confident each day.
But until I get that recognition, I'll continue giving myself kudos. I feel like the positive thoughts need to outweigh the negativity.
As a semi frequent shopper on Amazon I got offered a 99p weeks trial so I snapped it up to avoid delivery costs as I was shopping for Mother's Day that is on the 14th March.
It has come around so soon. I've never received a gift basket aside from competition wins but I think they are such a fun and exciting gift to open.
This year I thought I would just go the semi indulgent route. I compared prices and ended up with an assortment and all those things had Prime discounts lol which I didn't realise until I checked out.
Altogether I think it was a £6 saving which though not a massive amount, it's still a good portion. I bought some Lindt nutty dark chocolates, A Christian mystery fiction book, sparkling rose non alcoholic wine and a wildlife dvd set.
What do you think? Is that a cute enough bundle? What are you buying for your mamas? I tend to buy the same mixtures as gifts with slight differences as that is what she likes.
I'm surprised I managed to get Sunday delivery but Prime lets you choose a day for no extra cost and she is likely to be home at the weekends plus the actual day itself.
How cool is that?? It's only the wildlife dvds that will be delivered between now and the 15th March as they weren't covered by Prime.
I find Amazon delivers most stuff early anyway aside from at the holidays and those awful Black Friday deals, where they jack up the prices, instead of lowering them.
At home I don't have a mirror in the bathroom or a Vanity table. I just usually squint and do my makeup with a hand mirror. I do have a full length mirror on my wardrobe but half of it is covered, so I don't tend to use it.
I finally got around to plucking my brows and I noticed more prominent grey hairs right at the front in between my black hair. Ugh it is sooo noticeable.
What do you do with yours? Assuming you even have any? I have finally got my hair back to it's healthiest-ish state. No more colour treatments or heat.
Regular trims. This last time. I am sure I hacked off about three inches by choice. I resisted it for the longest time but you know what?
Not having see-through stringy hair anymore is such a great look and feeling. It's not thick or too thin. It's now got volume and texture to it.
I still can't leave it loose though. It doesn't seem neat enough. Ooh I just spotted the wide thick yoga headband in the black shade for £3.61.
It's a lil more than I wanted to pay but it will make tying up my hair and keeping it out of my face better. Half the time when I use my face brush, my hair gets soaked.
Not ideal and I can wear the headband out because it isn't a flashy colour. I'm not trying to draw attention to my hair because although it's in a much more improved state.
I don't think I'll ever be considered trendy. I just think those females with the headbands and messy buns look so effortlessly chic.
What do you do with the front wisps of your hair? I don't know if overseas they are referred to as bangs? Even though I have a round face.
I hate having any hair free and loose. It just annoys me, especially when I am out and the wind is smacking it into my eyes and makeup. Grr.
I think most women prefer to have some of it out and it does look nice but not me. Another reason for the headband option. I really don't spend that much time on my hair.
I'm lucky if it is even fully dry when I leave. I air dry it and half of it tends to be dry and styled and the rest is playing catch up. Don't laugh!! :D
I prioritise sleep over getting ready. I have so lil of it. I am frequently running late so I just grab hair bobbles and stick it up into mini buns or ponytails.
If I have time, I like to do my makeup. Foundation, eyeshadow and lipgloss and that is it. Occasionally I'll fill in my brows with an eyebrow pencil but half the time I forget.
I have never really done the contouring thing. Again, it looks stunning on others but I'd rather do the minimal and let my face breathe, then cake on makeup.
I'm due on my period soon and feeling extra tired. Do any of you feel lethargic just before you start? I remember reading ages ago that drinking orange juice helps.
I don't know how. I should probably Google it but since I started doing it, it has. Strange the things that help. Do you have any tips to recommend?
I've got these two specifically on my Youtube playlist for cramps and a reduction in intensity.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vp-pJXhWwhg&list=PL_S79tzxwHpPxSrIjg-Rj-EEMAvAtdqGA&index=2
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xMlxRiOdIsw&list=PL_S79tzxwHpPxSrIjg-Rj-EEMAvAtdqGA&index=3
To be honest. I don't listen to binaural beats regularly. I use them as and when I need them. It's not a universal thing. It helps some and doesn't work for others.
I don't use medication so I have to look for natural remedies. I don't have much of an appetite at the moment. I'm not feeling bloated just not hungry.
I can handle eating snacks as meals but not a huge feast. I bought some crackers that I'm really enjoying and I've tried the Asda chocolate and nut muesli bar...
It's really good value. Six medium sized bars for 61p. The taste could be better but it isn't bad but the texture is rock hard, that makes it undesirable.
I'm not going to go into details but it's funny how you get used to an organisation being really brutal and heartless when you're in a super fragile state...
Then you get a call out of the blue from them and my defenses were up and I was thinking, here we go, what mean thing are you going to say to me?
She was a delight to talk to. Big shock. I think on a personal level, she related to me as our circumstances are very similar. She even told me that she would handpick the next person I have to interact and make them super nice.
My eyes were watering at that point. I am so used to dealing with these power-tripping people that put me down because they know I can't say anything back.
So it was a real change of pace to deal with someone showing me respect and telling me I deserve better. I didn't tattle. I just told the truth that some of them are awful.
I didn't say this to her but when she said I was getting a new person. I thought. Thank heavens. I hated the previous one. Vindictive for the sake of it.
I could have easily mentioned his name but the pushback would have got me in trouble too. His personality seems horrendous so I know that if I told her his name, he would have sought revenge and made me look bad.
I don't need the stress and I'm already feeling a lil vulnerable with the surge of hormones coursing through my body.
Holy moly. I didn't mean for this post to go on. Once I get chatting, there is no stopping me. Oops. In my head I'm working on a fiction piece but I'm not sure about it.
Take care you lovely readers and be safe :)
